ODAaje Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 1st April 2025 1. Acceptance of Terms By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. 2. Services Provided We facilitate the ordering and delivery of food from participating campus vendors to students, faculty, and staff within designated campus areas. 3. Ordering Process • Orders can be placed through our mobile application or website. • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. 4. Pricing and Payment • All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) • Prices may include a processing fee, applicable taxes, and a delivery fee. • For online ordering or pre-booked items, all payments must be made at the time of ordering via the available payment methods on our platform. • Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice. 5. Delivery • Deliveries are made within designated campus areas during operational hours or as displayed in ODAaje online stores. • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. 6. User Responsibilities • Users must provide accurate and complete information when placing orders. • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. • Any misuse of our services may result in the termination of access. 7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. 8. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the rules and Malaysian regulatory laws or campus premise regulatory bodies. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia or the legal authorities of the campus premises.
