ODAaje Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1st April 2025

1. Cancellation Window

  • Before Order Confirmation: Customers may cancel their orders without penalty before the order is confirmed
  • After Order Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed, it is processed, and cancellation is no longer possible

2. How to Cancel

  • Via App or Website: Navigate to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel

3. Refunds on Cancellation

  • Eligible Cancellations: If the cancellation is made before order confirmation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Ineligible Cancellations: Cancellations made after order confirmation are not eligible for refunds

4. Exceptions

  • Vendor Unavailability: If a vendor is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or the option to reorder from another vendor
  • Delivery Issues: In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the order will be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued

  • We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.
  • Changes will be communicated via our app and website.
  • Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes
